kova.design is a digital studio founded by Iryna Kovalchuk, working remotely with clients across Europe, the US, and beyond. This website is operated by kova.design. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean kova.design.

Chat messages: When you use our AI assistant, the messages you send and the responses you receive are logged for quality improvement and sales purposes. This data includes the text of your messages, timestamps, and a temporary session identifier.

Booking information: When you book a discovery call through Cal.com, your name, email, and selected time are processed by Cal.com according to their privacy policy.

Analytics data: We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. This may include pages visited, time spent, device type, and approximate location. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the website experience.

AI chat assistant: The assistant available on this site is an AI system, not a human team member. This is disclosed directly on the chat page.

AI-enhanced photography: Some images on this website — including project screenshots and photos of real people, such as team members — have been enhanced using AI tools to improve visual presentation, composition, or aesthetic quality. The people and projects shown are real; AI is used only to refine how they are presented, not to fabricate people, projects, or outcomes that do not exist. These images are labeled where they appear.

AI-assisted articles: Articles published in our Notes section may be drafted with AI assistance based on current research, and are reviewed and approved by our team before publishing. This is disclosed at the top of each article.

Third-party services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

Anthropic: Powers our AI chat assistant. Messages sent through the chat are processed by Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's privacy policy.

Cal.com: Handles appointment scheduling. See Cal.com's privacy policy.

Google Sheets: Used to store chat conversation logs securely within our Google Workspace account.

Data retention

Chat logs are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Booking information is retained according to Cal.com's data retention policies. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.

Your rights
