kova.design is a digital studio founded by Iryna Kovalchuk, based in Rivne, Ukraine. This website is operated by kova.design. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean kova.design.

Google Sheets: Used to store chat conversation logs securely within our Google Workspace account.

Data retention

Chat logs are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Booking information is retained according to Cal.com's data retention policies. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.
